The availability of each item we sell on Uggdig.com is shown on the product description page in stock items ship within one business day of when you place your order. Because our goal is to offer you the hottest items as soon as possible, some items may be en route to our fulfillment center when you place your order. We will estimate the availability of these items for you. The availability of any item we sell is subject to change.

We are currently shipping to Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Portugal, Russia Federation, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States. WE CANNOT ship to a PO OR APO/FPO BOX, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.

When you set up your account, you can establish a shipping address to use on all orders. We also offer you the ability to add multiple shipping addresses when ordering more than one item. These addresses can be stored in your account and selected for use as desired. For your convenience, you can access your account at any time to make changes to this information.

We strongly recommend and prefer that first time customers send their order to the billing address on file with the card account. We may require you to do so in order to comply with our fraud prevention standards. Orders can sometimes be shipped to a different address as request, however, we may send you an email for confirmation before delivery, please do remember to check your paypal email box and reply us, so we can proceed timely !

We offer two shipping options for international orders. Most orders would be shipped by EMS free shipping, but orders from Netherlands and Italy must be shipped by TNT shipping company and please note that an additional fee of $25 per unit applies to shipments.

If all items are in stock, express orders are shipped overnight for delivery within one business day. Orders placed before 6:00 AM ET will ship the same business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) if all items are in stock. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

You will receive a tracking number within 48 hours of purchasing normally, please clicking on "My Account" at the top of any page to track order status. Order will be shipped to your door within 6-9 days usually. But international shipping requires more complicated shipping procedures (such as both countries customs, transit stations etc.), it will probably take longer time for your items to arrive at the final destination.
