Jason Donovan chose an unusual outfit to go jogging in today - a pair of Ugg boots.
 

The Australian singer, who has a new album coming out, was getting some exercise at Granada studios.

But although his choice of footwear was undoubtedly comfortable it would not please feet experts.

The sheepskin boots do not provide the support of trainers - and are perhaps best kept for after the exercise is finished.

Donovan is just the latest male star to be pictured in the boots, which are more usually seen on teenage girls and footballers wives.

They have recently been spotted on the feet of A-listers Ben Affleck, Bruce Willis, and even Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood.
